HPSAMB – An undertaking being taken from the licensed commission agents for ensuring 25% of the total trade to be undertaken through e-NAM platform on real time basis before the renewal of license for the year 2018-19

Traders

Registration of Buyers/ Trader in e-NAM can be done through following ways viz.
- Through NAM Portal- http://www.enam.gov.in
- Through Mobile Application
- Through Mandi Registration (by physically visiting a mandi)
Seller with access to internet can be register through the NAM Portal online or can visit the nearest Mandi to register in e-NAM
There is no fee charged for registration on eNAM.
Required Documents and details for Buyer/ Trader registration are
- Basic data (Name, Relation, DOB etc.)
- Bank account details, proof of identity (Aadhar, Pan etc).
- License details and documents
- Other mandatory requisites
Benefits from e-NAM for Buyers/ Traders are as follows:
- Extended access to other mandis, hence more sellers
- Access to a larger and an integrated market
- Access to real time information
- Information access to quality of commodities
- Ease of doing business through Mobile-App
- Access to online banking and payments
e-NAM facilitates quality assaying to 90 commodities based on DMI specified parameters. Quality of the produce can be assessed through assaying certificate provided by the authorities that can be viewed on the mobile app also.
Payments can be made through e-payment facilities viz. RTGS, NEFT, BHIM etc.e-NAM encourages e-Payments
Trading could be done electronically through a transparent bidding process
