Fellowship Program – Seekh, Srijan & Garima
Our “Seekh, Srijan and Garima Fellowship” is a unique initiative designed to empower young women from rural Chhattisgarh to become leaders, changemakers, and educators in their communities.
Through this fellowship, rural educated girls are nurtured into confident leaders who not only enhance their own skills but also contribute meaningfully towards transforming villages into centers of learning, equality, and opportunity. Today, many fellows trained under this program are leading educational and social change across villages and serving as true torchbearers of transformation.
